1. 7-Day Inspection Period: All online orders are covered by a 7-day inspection period starting from the day you receive your package (including holidays). 2. Shipping Fees: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

3. Return Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be brand new and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns if the product (including any ingredients/parts) has been opened, or if the packaging is incomplete or damaged.

 Store Pickup & Shipping Regulations

 

  • Notification: We use a convenience store pickup service (Store-to-Store). You will receive an SMS notification upon arrival.

  • Pickup Deadline: Per store regulations, packages must be collected within 7 days.

  • Re-shipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to failure to collect, a second shipping fee will be charged to re-send the item.

  • Accuracy Check: Please ensure your provided Mobile Number and Recipient Name are correct (Must match your Real Name/ID) to avoid any issues with package release.

  • Your Responsibility: To protect your rights, please record a continuous video while opening your parcel. Verify the contents against the included packing list immediately.

  • Reporting Issues: If there are any discrepancies, missing items, or damage, you must report them via Official Line@ or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Claim: The unboxing video serves as essential proof for returns/exchanges. Please do not delete the video until the case is resolved.

  • Third-Party Receipt: If the package is signed for by someone else on your behalf, the 24-hour reporting window still applies. Please monitor your delivery status closely to avoid missing the claim deadline.
